Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time:
1.1. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
1.2. Special order and large items may have longer processing times, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
1.3 UHS is a small business and has a small team. The shipping department is open during normal business hours, Tuesday-Friday 11:00 am est – 6:00 pm est and Saturday 11:00 am est – 4:00 pm est.
2. Shipping Costs:
2.1. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the destination. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
2.2. Free shipping may be offered on orders over a certain amount. Check our promotions or contact us for more information.
2.3 Special order items shipping costs will be sent as a quote with the request to order such items.
2.4 Shipping refunds are non-refundable.
3. Shipping Methods:
3.1. We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping
- Expedited (upon request, additional charges will apply)
- Overnight (upon requested, additional charges will apply)
- Local Pick-Up (Items are Free to pick up at the store)
3.2. Please note that the estimated time frames are after the order has been processed and shipped.

4. Tracking Information:
4.1. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
4.2. You can track your order using the provided tracking number on our website or the courier’s website.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages:
6.1. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure that the shipping address provided is secure. If you believe your package is lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
7. Address Information:
7.1. Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping addresses. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
8. Discreet Shipping:
8.1 We offer discreet shipping upon request. Please leave a comment to your order to request discreet shipping in a plain or blackout box.
